  Bad customer service by the owner Nick. When I asked a question about unavailability of an item, he gave a lame answer. This store has lost its charm since the time Bill Baron used to own it. Hope some new owner buys this store and the great experience of shopping in this store is restored.

  I think this store has lost its charm. The previous owners Bill and Maryanne are truly missed. The new Owners are absolutely crap. I believed Loblaws needs to have some better candidates taking up store owner positions and not just anyone. The new owner lacks leadership qualities and all he knows is bad mouthing employees. He also needs to learn some basic empathy and not blast any of its staff members in front of its customers. Hope he reads this and does something about it
